In today’s episode, we’re exploring one of the most powerful forces driving the global economy: women buyers. Whether you sell B2B, B2C, high-end furniture, software as a service, life coaching, or books, the chances are that women are often making the decision to buy from you or not.
Knowing how to connect with, build trust with, and respect women buyers is really important if you want to sell to them. And trust me, with a total global spending power of $18 trillion, equivalent to the world’s second biggest economy, you need to know how to sell to women buyers. However, while we have a lot of money, we’re also not necessarily an easy market to sell to.
Tune in this week as I’m joined by Emaan Abbass, founder of luxury feminine and intimate wellness brand KETISH. She has some powerful, practical, and battle-tested ideas to help you create the kind of offers women love to buy and talk about. I’m also talking to author and speaker Bridget Brennan, who shares the inspiration behind starting her business which focuses on women, and the power of word-of-mouth publicity.
If you’re ready to grow your company by tapping into the $18 trillion female consumer opportunity, or the countless more corporate trillions women control across the world, you’re in the right place. This episode is essential listening because I’m giving you the three most important strategies for successfully selling to women.

For most founders and entrepreneurs, there are actually just one or two core things that you do that actually produce revenue. So, if I were to quiz you, would you know exactly what those revenue-generating activities are? Well, by the end of this episode you will have a clear and decisive answer.
I call any activity that produces revenue a $10,000 or a $100,000 task, and knowing what those tasks are is critical. However, many of us busy ourselves with tasks that aren’t bringing home the bacon.
We focus on sales, but not the activities that lead to sales. So if you’re not currently making the revenue you want and believe you’ve tried everything, I’m challenging you to get down and dirty with the real cash-producing tasks.
Tune in this week to discover a practical step that you can implement daily to make more money in your business. I’m sharing the daily activities that plant the seeds for future revenue, and all it’s going to require of you is that you put yourself out there for a few minutes every day.

Around the fall of last year, I started thinking more deeply about how I was using my time and if there were better ways to spend it. The kind of leader I wanted to be was one who could serve her mission, team, and community at the highest level, but my current calendar didn’t reflect that.
To show up as the energized and connected leader I wanted to be, I needed to make some shifts to how I was spending and scheduling my time. I know so many of you are feeling drained, overwhelmed, or exhausted by your calendars, and I can totally relate.
Your biggest asset as a female founder is your time. Talking about how you use it can inspire other women to think about how they use theirs and even help them make some empowered decisions to create changes. I'm hoping that what I share today empowers you to look at your time differently.
In this episode, I’m giving you a behind the scenes look at my work week, schedule, and calendar. There are some key shifts I made to my calendar that have significantly improved my ability to show up as a leader. I’m sharing these shifts, some things for you to consider if you want to make these shifts too, and the amazing results I’ve observed since making these changes.

There’s no doubt that growing a business is one of the most epic personal and professional development journeys you can take in life. Besides the cash, influence, and autonomy that is there to be gained as an owner, having the collection of skills that a seven-figure company demands you acquire will set you up for life.
As I look back at my journey as a founder, there are a handful of skills I’ve worked tirelessly to bring into my repertoire. And as I cast my mind back, there’s a very specific order in which I needed to build them in for them to feed off of one another.
While you’re using all of your leadership skills at once, building them all simultaneously is incredibly difficult. So, in this episode, I’m identifying the skills that you need to be an effective and successful CEO, and I’m laying out how to strategically build those leadership skills.
Tune in this week to discover the skills that every founder needs to build, and why, especially in the early days, you are your business’s most valuable asset. I’m sharing the secrets to making strategic investments in your every area of your development, and the dangers of narrowing your focus instead of elevating your capacity for every skill your business requires of you.

One of my favorite sayings that I’ve heard from lots of different people is that pain is inevitable and suffering is optional. And no matter how many female founders also believe this saying, I still see so many of you going through unnecessary suffering in your businesses.
Last week, I shared how to do a pain audit of your business so you could see where your pain points are and what problems in your business are waiting for strategic solutions. Today, I’m sharing what to do once you’ve identified those pain points.
When you get the results of your pain audit, the next step is to build growth assets that will set you free and help you build a business that delivers cash, influence, and autonomy. I know that’s what so many of you are longing for, so listen in.
In this episode, learn how to follow up your pain audit with some simple steps to get past your growth ceiling and create growth assets that allow you to move through the pain. If you’ve been trying to hustle through the pain, this is your invitation to try something new. The steps I share today will help you end the suffering, identify the pain, and come up with growth-producing solutions.

As entrepreneurs, we’re raised in a culture that says more is better. You need to hustle and grind your way to the top. But if you’ve been listening to this podcast for any length of time, you know that I am not about that life.

Over the last couple of months, I have been highlighting women leaders and founders who are taking a different approach to scaling their businesses. I have another one of those conversations to share with you today, but this one is about scaling your social impact.
When we talk about wanting cash, influence, and autonomy, I think that influence really speaks to the difference we make in the world. It’s about walking in your truth and your purpose, and really tuning inward to hear what that could be.
My guest today did just that and now she is having a tremendous influence on her cause. Raby Gueye is the founder of a non-profit organization called Teach for Senegal. She is a 2021 recipient of Forbes’ Top 30 Under 30 honor, and she is scaling social impact at an incredible level through her leadership and entrepreneurship.
In this episode, Raby shares what it was like immigrating to the US as a child from Senegal and how she quickly learned how to be a leader and advocate for others. She takes us through the creation of Teach for Senegal and the most important lessons this journey as a founder has taught her. Raby is someone who walks the talk, and I know this conversation will inspire you to walk in your purpose too.

There is so much more to building a feminist business than paying your female team members fairly. It’s not only only about pay, but it’s about your business policies, your pricing, your accessibility, and your team.
My guest today is a powerhouse in feminist leadership and entrepreneurship. She’s one of those women that, as she rises, she brings everyone up with her. Her business operates with the knowledge and understanding of intersectional feminism, meaning she acknowledges every woman's unique experience as not just a female, but their other marginalized identities too.
Chéla Breckon is the founder and CEO of With Chéla Inc, where she is all about empowering women in small towns to see the bigger possibilities in their settings. She also works with rural communities to see the potential in their own people. She is a master at weaving feminist principles into the fabric of her business, and as a self-confessed small town girl, I can’t support her work enough.
Listen in today to hear my conversation with Chéla all about scaling a feminist business, what makes a business feminist, and how to lead your business in a whole hearted and authentic way. We discuss everything from business policies to body image, and explore why personal development is the most important KPI you should monitor.

There is plenty of education out there that will teach entrepreneurs how to scale, but that scaling often comes at a tremendous cost. From burnout and environmental challenges to simply putting a female founder in a position where she is driving growth at all costs, there has got to be a better way. Right?
You can completely scale up revenue, generate a lucrative, fast-growing company, while also doing it in a way that serves your highest self and the people you care about. And my guest today has done just that.
Kaeli Lindholm is the founder of KLC Consultants, and in case you’re not in the world of medical aesthetics, she is a big deal. She’s a keynote speaker, business and leadership coach, and she has successfully scaled a jewel business. Kaeli helps founders in the medical aesthetics field scale their businesses while also scaling their freedom.
In this episode, Kaeli shares the lessons she has learned from building a 7 figure business that is profitable, delivers results, offers her time to advance her thought leadership and take care of herself, and is simply put, a joy to run. We talk about the process of building a jewel business, how it can benefit you as a founder, and where to start if you’re ready to ditch the burnout and create more freedom in your life.

Niching is a deceptively simple business tool that everybody thinks they know. People think they are niched down enough, but in reality, they are not as focused as they need to be to scale from six figures to seven.
If you want to pass that million dollar mark, you need to be practicing the art of deep niching. This is not simply narrowing down your ideal clients and your specific slice of the market you serve. Deep niching is so much more nuanced and complex, and it is the key to going big.
Women CEOs come to us often at Safi Media feeling overworked, overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of where to go next. They’ve created amazing six-figure businesses, and they don’t know how they could work any harder. What I tell them is it’s not about working harder, it’s about working with more focus.
In this episode, I share the incredible power of deep niching and how this learned skill can help you scale your business past seven figures. Find out the three aspects of deep niching, why you need to embrace vulnerability if you want to scale, and how we help our clients master this skill. If you want to scale your business without scaling the headaches and exhaustion, listen in.

Our culture tells us from an early age what working with other women and for other women will be like. There can be jealousy, competition, alienation, and more, so beware. This leads to women entering the workforce prepared to be uncomfortable, anticipating the subtle meanness of other women, and some vow to never work for a female boss or be part of an all-female team again.
This is called female rivalry, and it impacts women entrepreneurs too. But female rivalry is complex. It’s hard to put your finger on how it shows up because it’s subtle. Luckily, my guest today specializes in this topic and helping women overcome it.
Dr. Amber Tichenor is a women’s rivalry coach and consultant, and author of the fantastic new book, Behind Frenemy Lines. She’s here to breakdown what female rivalry is, how to recognize it, and how to overcome it. She’s also a graduate of the Power + Presence + Position Business Accelerator, so you know she’s got a lot of wisdom to share.
Listen in this week for an in depth conversation with Dr. Amber Tichenor about female rivalry and the subtle ways it can show up. We’re exploring how the patriarchal system we operate in can be recreated to be more female friendly, how to handle female rivalry in your entrepreneurial journey, and why this elephant in the boardroom needs to be talked about more.

Once in a while, I will meet a female entrepreneur and author whose work really strikes me as powerful. It’s not only original, but it’s also practical and useful for other women to discover. When I first met today’s guest, I immediately recognized this in her.
Dr. Valerie Rein is a psychologist, mental health expert, and author of Patriarchy Stress Disorder: The Invisible Barrier to Women’s Happiness and Fulfillment. Valerie’s amazing body of work has the power to shape culture because it is based on her own experience of patriarchal trauma, which we all experience, and how she overcame it.
Now, I know that some of you may be wondering what this topic has to do with entrepreneurship. But this podcast is for women in business, and I am passionate about advancing the conversation around women leaders beyond simply becoming more confident. Today’s conversation checks that box and will be immensely helpful for female founders to hear.
Tune in this week for my conversation with author and psychologist, Dr. Valerie Rein. Valerie shares what Patriarchal Stress Disorder is and how it can show up in women’s lives and businesses. We talk about collective trauma, healing, and embracing all aspects of who we are. This conversation will make you feel seen and heard, and show you how to recognize opportunities so you can step into possibility.

I’ve been talking a lot on the podcast about feminine energy and the role it plays in wealth creation and business building. For so long, women entrepreneurs have played by the same rules as our male counterparts, unknowingly denying this tremendous power in each of us to lead, manage, and generate wealth.
My guest today is the epitome of embracing feminine energy and using it to grow a massive 8-figure business. Michelle Bosch is a badass entrepreneur, investor, mom, and proud first generation immigrant. Together with her husband, Michelle created The Land Profit Generator Program to help others grow their generational wealth through land investing.
Michelle’s entrepreneurial journey started with focusing solely on KPIs, metrics, and numbers. While she still has a strong ability to analyze numbers in a business, she also shows up with immense compassion. Today, her journey includes making time and space for her intuition, for flow, and for her feminine energy.
In this episode, Michelle and I talk about the power of shifting from a transactional mindset in business to a more transformational one. Michelle shares her story of immigrating from Honduras and how her late father’s investment paved the way for her career in investing. KPIs are always important, but as you’ll hear today, taking quantum leaps internally is just as important for building wealth.

Are you happy with your current sales conversion rate? It’s rare that a CEO or founder is happy with theirs, often because there is so much confusion and indecision surrounding their sales. This is something my company specializes in, so I have a lot to share with you today.
There are several reasons why you’re not converting as many sales as you should be, and most of them come down to your business structure and ecosystem. When you combine a premium priced ascension model with an effective ecosystem, you can explode your sales conversion rate.
The psychology of a freakishly high sales conversion has four parts, and I’m going through each part in detail. I address why your conversion rate isn't where you want it to be, why you’re spending all your sales consult time on education, and how to stop attracting unqualified buyers. I’m unveiling the core thing you need to do to boost your conversion to freakishly high levels.
In this episode, I show you why your sales conversion is so low, how to skyrocket your conversion, and the next steps you need to take when the episode ends. This is a very thorough but comprehensive look at sales conversion and how to garner an outrageously high one for your service-based business. One of the most powerful shifts you can make as a CEO is to stop asking yourself how, and start asking yourself who. I know so many of you are struggling with time management and are feeling overwhelmed. What if you didn’t have to do everything on your own?
Your ability to find, identify and collaborate with the right people will skyrocket your abilities as an entrepreneur. Part of finding those people is cultivating a killer network of like minded people who can help take your business to new heights- which is what my guest today is known for.
Ungenita Prevost is the founder of Femme Global 500, a master networker, and one of the graduates of the Power + Presence + Position program. Ungenita believes that networking should be more feminine, lucrative, and refined, and she helps women CEOs build their networks in an authentic and powerful way.

Have you ever noticed how most advice about growing a business is externally oriented? We go out to find new markets; we go out to get feedback. While I still stand with those strategies, I also think that looking outwards is only one part of the equation.
There is massive value to be found when you do the internal work to grow your business. My guest today has built her business by doing the opposite of what most business advice says and instead, took a deeply personal and internal approach. I find her journey so incredibly inspiring and fascinating, I just knew I needed to have her on the podcast to discuss it.
Bethany Webster is a feminist author and transformational coach who also happens to be a graduate of The Incubator. She’s known around the world for her work on women’s leadership and development, and her first book Discovering the Inner Mother, shows women entrepreneurs how their “mother wound” impacts their business and personal lives.
For the first episode in my Feminist Business Credo Series, hear my fabulously insightful conversation with Bethany Webster about how the mother wound within each of us affects our business journeys. Bethany shares her story of building a meaningful, rich business that feeds her creativity while also providing a financial fortress despite her challenging upbringing. We dive into some pretty deep topics like emotional safety and mother-daughter work, and I hope that this conversation will inspire you to consider the internal work you need to do to grow your business.

Your email list is one of the most lucrative assets you can build. It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in; it doesn’t matter what you sell. The fortune is in your email list, also known as your database.
Data is a powerful currency in today’s business climate. Many entrepreneurs (wrongly) believe that the key to garnering more data is by getting more names on their list. This might be what you've been trying to do for your business, but it’s not the strategy I recommend, and today I will tell you why.
Adding more and more names to your email list will not help you scale your business. What truly helps you scale is the strength of your relationships with your email list. My colleagues and I have built an incredibly lucrative list full of women who open my emails every week, who tell me when they like or don’t like what they read, and who want to hear about my juicy offers. And they are juicy.
In this episode, I’m sharing my 3 tips for growing a valuable, lucrative, and highly-qualified email list. You’ll learn how to get rid of email list toxins or people who never open your emails, how to start building relationships with your readers, and the power of becoming an edutainer. I’m not sugarcoating anything this week, or ever, so get ready for a transparent, informative, and impactful look behind the scenes at my email strategy.

So many of my entrepreneurial clients and colleagues are struggling with something that I have certainly struggled with in my career as well. Taking action without burning out. Our culture tells us to do, do, do constantly, but this leaves us feeling tired and depleted.
Last week, I shared how you can leverage the power of the scientific method to create a strong framework for making decisions more effectively as an entrepreneur. Today, in part two of this mini-series on problem solving, I’m showing you my four-step process for taking action without getting depleted.
It is possible for you to make forward momentum in your business and to hustle intelligently without using up your energy stores. You do not have to lead your team from a place of depletion.
Listen in today to discover my 4-step process for taking action in your business without depleting your energy. Women entrepreneurs have been bro-influenced for far too long, being told that hustle culture is the best way to move your business forward. I’m sharing why this is this wrong, and the process I created that actually ignites more energy. If you’re tired of being tired, you need this episode.

I want to share another replay this week on a model I've developed that is unlike any other: the Jewel Business Model. This model attempts to bring a harmonious answer to the question, what do we as women entrepreneurs really want?
Most business models leave something to be desired for women. They focus solely on profitability and economic growth, and leave out our desire to make an impact or create freedom in our schedules. Most balance sheets ignore a big part of what success means to us.
I love the Jewel Business Model because it’s for ambitious women who want to create businesses that grow through assets, not the founder's hustle. It's about envisioning your entrepreneurial goals without getting perfectionistic about them. Entrepreneurs who use this model, like many of my clients, achieve total life success.
In this week's throwback episode, I lay out a very unique, effective, and all-encompassing model for women entrepreneurs to use in their businesses. If you want more cash, autonomy, and influence, you need the tools found in the Jewel Business Model. I share what a jewel business is, what it is not, and how women are championing the conversation around total life success with this model.

Today, I'm re-releasing an episode that explores disqualify selling. Disqualification is all about drawing clear boundaries around who your brand, company, and offerings are not for. When you do it right, you can catapult your brand to cult status, grow your revenue to heights you've never seen, and make the process of closing sales much more elegant and refined.
At its core, the power of disqualification is the energy of saying no. This complex business tactic requires you to clearly state to your marketplace not only who you are for but also who you are not serving. It is up to you to define your niche market and to make them your focal point.
Using this method isn’t just a matter of implementing it into your business processes. It’s a mindset change. The disqualification method requires you to have an abundance mindset since it, theoretically, restricts your audience. By taking this action, you cultivate immense loyalty from your people.
I invite you to really consider who you’re spending your marketing dollars focusing on and if those are the people you truly want to serve. Find out how disqualify selling works, why you need to consider it, and how to start implementing it in your business today. If you’re serious about refining your niche and growing your revenue, then this is a method you have to check out.

I recently dove into the core of what we teach in our business accelerator program: PPAM. The Premium Priced Ascension Model is an ecosystem that enables you to skyrocket your CIA and your freedom. Today, we’re expanding on the information we shared in part one to give you an even better idea of how to build a successful service-based business.
When you start creating your PPAM business, there are three phases that each have their own milestones and tasks. Each phase builds off the last, so it’s important to do this work thoroughly and in order.
As your business grows, so should your cash, influence, and autonomy. With the PPAM model, that is the priority. We guide you every step of the way so that you can grow a business that allows you to make money and make an impact while enjoying plenty of free time.
In today’s podcast, I’m sharing a re-release of the episode that takes the PPAM model a step further by explaining the three phases you go through to build a PPAM business. I’m walking you through the milestones of each phase and the specific tasks you need to complete to move onto the next phase. It might seem like a lot of information, but I really want to make sure you understand how taking your service-based businesses to 7 figures is completely possible and available to you.
