This pandemic has created a big opportunity for growth. Both in your business and internally. But, for many women entrepreneurs, we’re stuck in this in-between time. Things are not like before, but they also aren’t the new normal yet.

We don’t have the distractions of pre-pandemic times to focus on. Instead, we have more time to evaluate what was working and what wasn’t. We can decide if going back to a physical location is really what we want, or if we are in need of a reinvention.

In today’s episode, I take you through the first two steps of The Change Cycle so you can embrace growth during this time. I share why it’s okay and even necessary to go into the dark and to cocoon on a daily basis. I also share how to not overthink the light and to show up for your business in the best way you can.
