Over the last couple of months, I have been highlighting women leaders and founders who are taking a different approach to scaling their businesses. I have another one of those conversations to share with you today, but this one is about scaling your social impact.

She is a 2021 recipient of Forbes’ Top 30 Under 30 honor, and she is scaling social impact at an incredible level through her leadership and entrepreneurship.
In this episode, Raby shares what it was like immigrating to the US as a child from Senegal and how she quickly learned how to be a leader and advocate for others. She takes us through the creation of Teach for Senegal and the most important lessons this journey as a founder has taught her.
