When it comes to building and leading a company, there are no body doubles. It is all on you. And the more you learn to shed your fear of vulnerability, the more you open yourself up to the full experience that is entrepreneurial leadership.
Knowing that it’s all on you to take risks for your business can be daunting. But, we have to lean into our businesses harder, even when that means we might fail or embarrass ourselves. Because here’s the thing: you will fail and you will embarrass yourself.
From my personal experience, I know that going all-in, going full-frontal, on your devotion to your business is so much more rewarding than hiding from vulnerability. No matter what, failure is coming for you. And the woman you become on the other side is so worth the discomfort.
Listen in today as I share why I strive to not fear vulnerability but instead, go full frontal with my devotion to my business. There is a richness that going all-in provides, and I want that experience for all of you queens. So, I’m sharing how to stop holding yourself back, the three types of devotion I want you to focus on, and why being a part of this sisterhood of women entrepreneurs is truly a tremendous gift.
