2020 has been a year for the record books in so many ways. If I’ve learned anything from this year it’s that life’s most brutal experiences show us what we are truly made of and open the door to unprecedented growth, impact, and fulfillment.
For many women, we believe that we can’t be successful without suffering. That those brutal life experiences are what allow us to thrive. But my guest today would argue that you don’t have to prove your dedication through pain, hustling, or grinding. Being strategic and trusting yourself are enough.

Heather is a leadership coach and strategic parenting expert who helps ambitious women become leaders at work and at home. Drawing from her professional experience as a social worker and her life experience raising 3 boys, Heather has created a signature approach to focus her clients on sustainability, profitability, and ease.
